Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager in Technology Expert Labs, you will lead a team of technical experts to formulate, develop, and implement projects that meet and exceed client business objectives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and the company team to ensure the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements are met while exceeding client expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Project Management: Creating and executing project management plans including financial, scope, and change management.
- Cross-Team Communication: Communicating effectively with clients, partners, and the account team on project status.
- Reporting and Metrics Management: Managing project metrics including health, financials, costs, revenue, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Building Credibility and Influence: Resolving issues and documenting risk mitigation strategies to build trust with clients.
- Developing a High-Performing Team: Fostering teamwork and problem-solving under delivery expectations and deadlines.
- Empathy and Service Skills: Demonstrating empathy and service orientation for client success.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proven track record of agile project delivery disciplines.
- Successful communication and relationship development skills at all levels, from engineers to CIOs.
- Experience with Data and AI methodologies for data management and business analytics.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management).
- Experience with various technology solutions, including Data and AI, Automation, Cloud, and Security.
- Consulting experience in Cloud Solutions (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).
