Delivery Project Manager

At the company Global Sales, we bring together innovation, collaboration, and expertise to help clients solve their most complex business challenges. As a successful Project Manager in Technology Expert Labs, you will lead a team of technical experts to ensure the formulation, development, and implementation of projects that meet and exceed the client's business objectives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and the company team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding your client's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing project management plans, including financial, scope, and change, deliverables, and communication controls.
• Strong communication with the client, partner, and account team on project status.
• Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics, including project health, financials, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing risk mitigation strategies, and providing project direction that builds credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines.
• Demonstrating empathy and service orientation skills for client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Agile Project Delivery Expertise: A proven track record of project delivery disciplines and frameworks using agile best practices.
• Success in Communication and Relationship Building: Demonstrable success in communication at all levels, from engineers to CIOs.
• Data and AI Technology Experience: Familiarity with Data and AI methodology and practices for data management and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications for project/program management such as PMP, CMMI, or Scrum Master.
• Experience with a broad spectrum of technology solutions including Data and AI, Automation, Sustainability, Security, Cloud, and others.
• Consulting experience in Cloud Solutions, including SaaS / IaaS / PaaS.

Travel Required
Up to 20% or 1 day a week
