The Delivery/Integration Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and integrating the company's products within the customer environment. This customer-facing role requires direct work at customer sites across Saudi Arabia, collaborating closely with technical, operations, security, and network teams. Responsibilities span from the presales phase through to deployment, handover, and post-deployment support, all while adhering to customer security protocols.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery & Integration:

    • Install and configure solutions on physical or virtualized environments.
    • Perform deployment and integration activities on-site, respecting customer site rules.
    • Validate site readiness prior to installation.
    • Integrate solutions with customer backend systems.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

    • Maintain technical documentation for deployment and troubleshooting.
    • Create and update customer acceptance test plans.
    • Support internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Coordination & Reporting:

    • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
    • Coordinate with customer teams during deployment phases.
    • Escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Testing, Go-Live & Handover:

    • Execute customer acceptance test plans.
    • Support customer go-live activities.
    • Handover documentation and procedures to customer operations teams.

Position Requirements

  • Saudi Arabian citizenship is mandatory due to local project requirements.
  • Eligible and willing to work at customer premises and comply with security procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

  • Mandatory Technical Skills:

    • Advanced Linux/Unix experience (3+ years).
    • Knowledge of networking concepts and configuration.
    • Familiarity with automation tools and cloud environments.
    • Experience with troubleshooting in production-like settings.
  • Optional Technical Skills:

    • Understanding of web servers and SSL configurations.
    • Familiarity with SOAP and web services.

Languages

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Arabic language skills are strongly preferred for customer-facing roles.

Other Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to manage conflicts.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Willing to travel based on project needs while maintaining team communication.
