Position

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Senior Specialist to help the company unlock and scale new acquisition channels. This role focuses on experimentation, acquisition programs, and field-driven initiatives that generate high-quality inbound pipelines. You will work closely with Content, CRM, Performance, and Commercial teams to design and execute scalable acquisition loops. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in experimentation, moves fast, and can turn early ideas into repeatable demand engines.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and scale new acquisition engines that create repeatable, high-quality inbound pipeline.
  • Build and grow acquisition programs such as affiliate-style distribution, community-led demand, and referral-driven loops.
  • Design and run structured experiments across acquisition, funnel entry, and early conversion.
  • Maintain an experimentation roadmap using a hypothesis, test, learn, scale framework.
  • Execute local activations, pop-ups, and merchant collaboration campaigns to generate pipeline.
  • Create webinars, community initiatives, and field-driven demand programs.
  • Build and test offline to online acquisition funnels (QR codes, events, partner activations).
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously optimize lead quality.
  • Improve funnel conversion rates through experimentation and insights.
  • Work with Commercial teams to identify high-potential segments and new acquisition angles.

Your expertise

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or B2B Acquisition.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience launching or managing acquisition programs (referral, affiliate, community, field marketing, or growth initiatives).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize channel performance.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build new channels from scratch.
  • Strong ownership and execution capability.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and across markets for field activations and events.
