About the Job: As a Deployment Coordinator in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the deployment of client-deployed staff. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining deployment schedules, conducting accommodation checks, coordinating staff movements, and liaising with client representatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in staffing solutions. You will be responsible for tracking attendance, addressing staffing gaps, and providing timely reports to management and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the daily and weekly deployment schedule and duty roster for client-deployed staff, ensuring manning levels align with client contracts and site requirements.
  • Conduct daily accommodation/room checks to confirm staff have reported for duty on time, and immediately follow up on no-shows, lateness, or unauthorized absences.
  • Coordinate the daily movement of staff to their assigned work and client locations, ensuring transport, timing, and site allocation are communicated clearly to all deployed staff.
  • Coordinate the receiving and handover of client-deployed staff, including staff rotations, replacements, and site changes as advised by the client or operations team.
  • Maintain and update the attendance coordination sheet on a daily basis, reconciling deployment, roster, and attendance records for accuracy.
  • Liaise daily with client representatives on deployment status, coverage gaps, replacement needs, and any site-level concerns relating to deployed staff.
  • Track lateness, unauthorized absence, and no-show trends against agreed service metrics, escalating recurring issues to the Staffing Operations Manager.
  • Maintain accurate roster and deployment master files/trackers, ensuring data integrity for payroll, attendance, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and mobilization teams to arrange replacement staff for urgent or unplanned deployment gaps.
  • Prepare and circulate daily/weekly deployment and attendance status reports to management and client stakeholders as required.
  • Provide on-call support outside standard working hours for urgent deployment changes, no-shows, or client escalations as needed.
