Key Responsibilities
- Technical Assistance: Support the engineering team in the end-to-end deployment of IP plans and communication services.
- Documentation: Assist in generating system documentation, equipment lists, and technical site records using relevant tools.
- Project Coordination: Help track project progress, technical decisions, and changes alongside Project Managers.
- Deployment Support: Assist in the staging, testing, and implementation of hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
- Requirement Validation: Learn to validate customer requirements against pre-sales designs and assist in basic design reviews.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain and grow knowledge of IP & Transmission design, virtualization, and the company's public safety applications.
Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National (in compliance with the Tamheer program).
- Education: Recent postgraduate (Master’s or high-achieving Bachelor’s) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0–1 years (This is an entry-level position).
- Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of IP networking and Transmission.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS and Virtualization (VMware/KVM).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Arabic.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
