As a Deployment Engineer Intern, you will assist senior engineers in the post-sales phase of projects, learning how to transition conceptual designs into live, functional systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Assistance: Supporting the engineering team in the end-to-end deployment of IP plans and communication services.
- Documentation: Generating system documentation, equipment lists, and technical site records.
- Project Coordination: Tracking project progress, technical decisions, and changes alongside Project Managers.
- Deployment Support: Assisting in staging, testing, and implementing hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
- Requirement Validation: Validating customer requirements against pre-sales designs and assisting in basic design reviews.
- Continuous Learning: Maintaining and growing knowledge of IP & Transmission design, virtualization, and the company’s public safety applications.
Basic Requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National (in compliance with the Tamheer program).
- Education: Recent postgraduate (Master’s or high-achieving Bachelor’s) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0–1 years (This is an entry-level position).
- Skills: Foundational knowledge of IP networking and Transmission, basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS and Virtualization (VMware/KVM), fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal), and a strong desire to learn with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
