Deployment Engineer

As a Deployment Engineer, you will be part of multi-disciplined project teams responsible for the design and delivery of complex mission-critical voice and data systems, which are utilized by customers or leveraged by the company to provide Managed Services. Your role involves working in the post-sales phases of projects and simultaneously supporting multiple projects based on their size and complexity.

Main Duties:

• Perform end-to-end deployment plans and develop communications and services that meet customer requirements.
• Manage all customer-facing technical aspects from conceptual phases through system implementation.
• Facilitate communication between internal engineering departments and customers.
• Create system documentation and equipment lists using relevant tools and processes.
• Present technical solutions and services to customers, project teams, and management.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress, decisions, and changes.
• Validate client needs and requirements against pre-sales design and architecture scope.
• Conduct design reviews in accordance with technical processes.

Basic Requirements:

• Graduate engineer from an accredited college or university in Telecommunications, Computers, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of a technical field with demonstrated results.
• Language: Fluent in English.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel time is approximately 25-50%, depending on project demands.
