Position

The company operates at the forefront of Air Mobility Solutions, providing efficient and innovative products and services in Air Traffic Management, including Air Traffic Control systems, navigation aids, and unmanned traffic management. As a Deployment & Service Operations Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational and customer support service level objectives are met. You will engage in the operational phases of solutions for existing and new customers, while also assisting in high potential bids through product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Level 2 support agent for customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Manage incident and reactive support within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Administer and operate delivered services, monitoring performance indicators to meet objectives.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge database for both internal and customer self-service use.
  • Contribute to SLA management, ensuring the reliability of solutions in collaboration with various teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and track the development of operational efficiency features.

During deployment activities, you will:

  • Participate in end-to-end validation in contexts representative of customers' environments.
  • Assist with physical and software installations alongside third-party and customer integration teams.
  • Manage deployed service instances for all customers worldwide.
  • Contribute to maintaining infrastructure and configuration components for delivered services.
  • Prepare demos and scenarios for prospects during the pre-sales phase.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a hybrid work model.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in system integration, testing, validation, and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of SaaS cloud technologies.
  • Experience in multi-cultural environments and with international customers.

Additional Competencies:

  • Strong foundation in software-based systems engineering, validation, and test automation.
  • Knowledge of servers and network administration.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with the aviation domain is a plus.
