Position

About the Role:
As the company scales across the region, the gap between a signed contract and a working deployment has become one of the most consequential spaces in the business. Deployment Strategists own that gap. You will be part of the deployment strategy team, embedded with enterprise customers from first discovery through to steady-state adoption, acting as the bridge between what a customer needs and what the Ask platform can do. This role is not a customer success or professional services function. It is hands-on and customer-facing. You will run the engagement from kickoff to go-live, own the relationship with the customer’s operational and technical counterparts, configure Ask for their environment, stack, and chosen models—ensuring that the deployment matches unique requirements—and design the testing and evaluation frameworks to prove its effectiveness, while keeping complex programs on track. Your insights will also feed back into the product team regarding deployment strategies, standardization, and tooling investments.

What You'll Do:
As a Deployment Strategist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, expertly drawing out their requirements and pain points, distilling them to their core, and collaborating with product and forward-deployed engineers to deliver deployments that positively impact the customer’s success metrics. You will:

  • Own end-to-end deployment for one or more enterprise clients across a structured lifecycle, from commercial brief through to offboarding.
  • Take responsibility for the business outcome of each deployment—ensuring adoption, value realization, and making a case for expansion—not just the go-live stage. A deployment that ships but isn’t utilized has not succeeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client operational and technical stakeholders throughout each engagement, driving the client relationship forward and solidifying the company as a trusted partner.
  • Shape how clients define success early in each engagement—establishing evaluation criteria, acceptance thresholds, and articulating what success looks like before go-live.
  • Define and run the deployment cadence, including kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, steering committee meetings, user onboarding, and platform training sessions.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and map their AI use cases, helping them define an agentic future state for their core processes and services.
  • Build and deliver compelling demonstrations for client stakeholders, from technical teams to executive sponsors, focused on desired business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements and prioritized requests.
  • Enhance the deployment function by creating playbooks, templates, and standards that improve each deployment cycle.

What You'll Bring:
You bring at least 5 years of experience in product management, management or strategy consulting, program management, or an equivalent role where technical delivery coordination is key. Backgrounds in engineering management, technical product management, or production roles are also welcome. While coding or engineering experience is not necessary, you should be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences. Exposure to agentic systems, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS is advantageous.

Beyond experience, we are looking for the following qualities:

  • Ownership: You have a strong sense of ownership and can cite complex programs that would not have succeeded without your influence. You excel in unstructured environments where you help shape functions rather than simply follow existing guidelines.
  • Technical Depth: You can engage with AI concepts and hold discussions with technical teams—evaluating designs, surfacing risks, and asking insightful questions. You are familiar with the building blocks of modern AI products (such as LLMs, agents, evals, RAG, orchestration), or you are eager to learn quickly.
  • Relationship Management: You effortlessly build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, up to the C-Suite, and guide them through the change-management journey of AI adoption.
  • Clarity: You possess the ability to connect dots in unique ways, particularly regarding use cases, dependencies, and organizational challenges. You strive to create alignment through mutual understanding, effective stakeholder management, and clear direction.

Travel Expectations:
This role is embedded with clients, so significant onsite time with customers across the UAE and the wider region is expected.

Why the company:

  • Mission-Driven Work: Collaborate on innovative AI applications with a passionate team, addressing real-world challenges in critical sectors.
  • Unparalleled Opportunity: Innovate and tackle real-world challenges using AI within a company that provides access to world-leading models and resources.
  • Career Growth: We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and significant career advancement opportunities as a foundational team member.
  • World-Class Environment: Benefit from a flexible work environment and access to the latest tools and technologies necessary for delivering your best work.
