As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary design activities across all project stages, ensuring compliance with approved briefs, standards, budgets, schedules, and delivery requirements. You will support senior leadership in overseeing design delivery, monitoring progress, and providing regular design status reports to stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating consultants, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, compliant, and high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives.
You will also review and assess design submissions, lead the resolution of design clashes, and maintain design management systems while promoting safety, sustainability, and compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in design coordination or design management roles
- Experience with multi-disciplinary design consultants
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Good understanding of design development stages and coordination requirements
