Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day design activities across assigned projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the overall design process from concept through to construction and hand-over.
- Define and monitor design deliverables, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and on time.
- Deliver design outputs aligned with strategic KPIs, program, and budget requirements.
- Implement and maintain design management systems, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
- Lead safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all design activities.
- Resolve client design issues and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support business development through technical input and design leadership.
Qualifications:
- A degree and background in Architecture or Engineering.
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in the successful design and delivery of infrastructure-related projects.
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, construction contracts, professional appointments, and health and safety legislation.
