Design Manager

The company combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This position offers an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently delivering a program that will require high-caliber and experienced individuals to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Architect and Senior Design Manager in client brief, design strategy, and execution.
• Ensure cohesive design management across all project stages.
• Support scheduling of design reviews at gateways and control points.
• Manage technical and constructability reviews of deliverables.
• Monitor compliance with project brief and specifications.
• Review engineering proposals and contract changes.
• Conduct interdisciplinary reviews for value engineering.
• Implement EXPRO standards, processes, and tools for Stadium Development Program.
• Validate consultant claims and ensure quality.
• Support dashboard reporting and raise concerns to EPMO and Engineering leadership.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture with 12+ years in design/project/program management.
• Experience in GCC mega-projects; sports-related experience is a plus.
• Understanding of local cultural, heritage, and environmental design aspects.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM, familiar with industry codes and LEED principles.
