Design Manager - Mobility Systems (EXPO)

The company is managing the infrastructure program for Expo 2030 Riyadh, a global platform for collaboration focused on sustainable development and innovation. This position involves managing the planning, design review, coordination, integration, and stakeholder management of mobility-related infrastructure, including roads, highways, public spaces, and transport networks. Your role will ensure infrastructure designs are compliant with project requirements and aligned with program objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

• Report to the Engineering Manager – Mobility & Civil Infrastructure.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of mobility infrastructure design packages.
• Coordinate infrastructure design activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct technical reviews and resolve consultant comments.
• Monitor consultant performance against approved scope, program, and deliverables.
• Review designs for compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Manage infrastructure-related design changes and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation or civil infrastructure.
• 7+ years in design management, engineering management, or a lead engineering role.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in managing large transportation or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and authority management.
• Proficiency in infrastructure coordination and interface management.
