The company is seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join their team! The Design Manager will manage and coordinate the delivery of multi-disciplinary design across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with briefs, standards, budgets, and delivery programs.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Management and Senior Design Manager in day-to-day management, coordination, and assurance of design delivery across all project stages.
- Coordinate design consultants and technical teams to ensure integrated, high-quality design outputs.
- Review and monitor design submissions for quality and completeness prior to approvals.
- Support the resolution of design clashes, technical queries, and coordination matters.
- Maintain design trackers, action logs, and technical records to support effective governance and reporting.
- Apply standardized design management methodologies and monitor design progress against milestones.
- Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Identify and track design-related risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Ensure consistent communication of design information across all stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in design coordination or design management roles.
- Experience working with multi-design consultants.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
