Design Manager

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This role presents an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, encompassing a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, alongside all associated infrastructure.

Mace is seeking high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities to deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
• Guide daily operations of design management teams across projects.
• Ensure briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
• Provide operational support to deployed design management resources.
• Review and present KPIs and management data to stakeholders.
• Support business development and work-winning efforts.
• Ensure adherence to management systems and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to management reviews by collating, analyzing, and presenting key metrics.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate teams to ensure aligned and integrated deliverables.
• Leverage company knowledge and center of excellence resources for continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing, and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Relevant professional membership.
• Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
