Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Architect and Senior Design Manager with client briefs, design strategy, and execution.
- Ensure cohesive design management across all project stages.
- Support scheduling of design reviews at gateways and control points.
- Manage technical and constructability reviews of deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with project briefs and specifications.
- Review engineering proposals and contract changes.
- Conduct interdisciplinary reviews for value engineering.
- Implement EXPRO standards, processes, and tools for the Stadium Development Program.
- Validate consultant claims and ensure quality.
- Support dashboard reporting and raise concerns to EPMO and Engineering leadership.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture with 12+ years in design/project/program management.
- Experience in GCC mega-projects; sports-related experience is a plus.
- Understanding of local cultural, heritage, and environmental design aspects.
- Proficient in CAD/BIM, familiar with industry codes and LEED principles.
