Deskside Support

About the Job: At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage, and modernize mission-critical technology systems that the world relies on daily. As a Deskside Support professional, you will play a key role in delivering hands-on technical support and maintaining client systems for a wide range of end users, including executive support. Your responsibilities will include testing and troubleshooting issues related to software upgrades, system images, and hardware deployments.

You will be the go-to expert for resolving hardware and software dilemmas across various device types, both on-site and through remote support. With your knowledge of popular operating systems and applications, you will enhance the end-user experience and help meet customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including Microsoft.
• Identify opportunities for modernization and automation within support operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting XLA and SLA targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, in-person).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires on-site presence in the Riyadh Region.
