Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop operating systems and productivity software.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and techniques, such as remote desktop control and remote assistance.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is required.
- Certification for Microsoft Administration is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role is required.
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification is preferred.
