Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with expertise in troubleshooting common desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite). The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop operating systems and productivity software.
• Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and techniques, such as remote desktop control and remote assistance.
• Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is required.
• Certification for Microsoft Administration is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role is required.
• ITIL Foundation V3 certification is preferred.
