  • Support and manage Office 365 products and ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist Arabic-speaking clients and teams as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
  • Strong expertise in Mac OS and Windows OS.
  • Good experience with Office 365 products and environment.
