Job Responsibilities:
- Manage endpoint devices (PCs, laptops, IP devices, etc.) at the MBCC facility in Dammam.
- Support hardware and software for employees and customers.
- Create, deploy, and maintain endpoint images.
- Maintain integration of endpoint computers with devices like weighing scales, barcode printers, and scanners.
- Apply software patches and updates to endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT equipment including laptops, PCs, and printers.
- Execute preventive maintenance on endpoint devices.
- Manage file and print servers and ensure security compliance.
- Monitor network interfaces and antimalware servers.
- Manage Active Directory users and maintain user accounts and mailboxes.
- Respond to IT incidents reported by employees, updating tickets as necessary.
- Work in shifts to meet business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Saudi nationals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy administrative environment
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to multitask
