Desktop Support Technician

The company is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to all PCs with peripheral devices for more than 9000 users.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware, set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Manage IT procurement and vendor relations related to devices and equipment.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation
• Customer Service certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills
