Desktop Support Technician

The company is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support more than 9000 employees with 24/7 assistance for all PCs and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
• IT Procurement and Vendor Management related to devices and equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in the health care sector will be an added value.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Customer Service certificate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS and troubleshooting skills.

Terms and Conditions

• Joining time frame: 15 - 30 days
