Desktop Support Technician

The company is currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations. We require candidates with specific skill sets and offer the following terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Experience in the health care sector will be an added value.
• Provide 24/7 support to all PCs with peripheral devices for over 9000 users.
• Offer technical assistance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware, as well as set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Handle IT procurement and vendor management related to devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Customer Service certificate
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
