Responsibilities

Experience in the health care sector will be an added value.
Provide 24/7 support to all PCs with peripheral devices for over 9000 users.
Offer technical assistance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware, as well as set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
Handle IT procurement and vendor management related to devices and equipment.
