Desktop Support Technician

The company is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment for more than 9000 users.
• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Manage IT procurement and vendor management related to devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Customer Service Certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Terms and Conditions

• Joining time frame: 15 - 30 days
