Dev Ops Engineer

About the Job:
Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is a publicly funded research institute based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is home to a diverse community of leading scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and researchers from across the globe, transforming problems and roadblocks into pioneering research and technology prototypes that help move society ahead. This role is part of TII’s Robotics Research Center.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements the DevOps infrastructure in accordance with internal best practices
• Enables automated CI/CD pipelines for various offerings
• Drives automation across all phases of software development and release
• Builds tools that enable best practices in engineering
• Builds tools to enable and measure software resiliency
• Solves complex problems using both open-source and in-house tools to support security and business initiatives
• Scales existing technologies (or promotes new technologies) to outpace growth projections
• Ensures end-to-end quality by working closely with the development and quality assurance teams
• Ensures technical management and administration of DevOps technology, covering both hardware and software configuration

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
