This role involves developing and maintaining approved workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code applications, and custom software components under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include executing unit testing, troubleshooting issues, maintaining source code repositories, and ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards.
You will collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery, support system integration testing, and assist in deployment activities. Creating knowledge transfer materials and providing support to operations and application support teams will also be key components of the role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain approved workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code applications, and custom software components.
- Execute unit testing, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
- Maintain source code repositories and version control practices to support efficient development and deployment processes.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, code documentation, and user guides.
- Develop solutions in accordance with approved business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
- Support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and timely resolution of identified issues and defects.
- Assist in deployment activities, perform post-deployment verification, and ensure successful production releases.
- Create knowledge transfer materials and provide handover support to operations and application support teams.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on configuration and development in assigned reporting environments.
- Hands-on configuration and development in custom software applications.
- Hands-on configuration and development in SharePoint and content management environments.
- Hands-on configuration and development in Power Apps and other low-code platforms.
- Hands-on configuration and development in Power Automate environments.
- Experience with Articulate 360, including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
- Experience with Jincom, including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
