We are hiring a Developer Relations Lead who will play a key role in driving our developer relations strategy and executing initiatives that build and contribute to the AI71 and Falcon community. This position will involve engaging in the development and integration of open-source AI ecosystem projects.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:
- Set and own the overall strategy to increase the usage of AI71’s open-source AI products and their integration into the open-source AI ecosystem.
- Define a regional strategy focused on developers based on regional sensitivities and vertical needs.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to execute and localize growth initiatives for all products.
- Serve as a thought leader, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and future potential to developers at scale.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI.

Ecosystem Partnerships:
- Build and nurture a robust developer pipeline, collect valuable product feedback, and champion regional developer needs internally.
- Engage with developers by presenting at conferences, meet-ups, and events.
- Work closely with the AI community to develop and maintain integrations, ensuring seamless compatibility and optimal performance.

Community Engagement:
- Lead developer relations initiatives and create programs to engage the community.
- Educate developers on our platform through communication channels in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Develop high-quality documentation, tutorials, and sample code to help developers effectively understand and utilize our products.
- Resolve issues and offer guidance to users, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Organize and participate in community events centered around AI71’s AI solutions.
Qualifications & Profile:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for AI with a commitment to staying updated on industry developments.
- Fluency in Python.
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and popular technology stacks, including AI orchestration tools, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of PyTorch and transformer architectures.
- Proven experience working with AI or machine learning projects and understanding the AI landscape.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or to represent AI71 at events.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
