What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading engagements across high-impact industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and beyond.
- Understand customer critical workloads, and advise on technical enablement strategies on the company's stack integration.
- Guide partners and customers through the company's integration journey, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
- Map, build, and expand a vibrant ecosystem of strategic partners to multiply growth opportunities, champion the company's technologies, track ecosystem trends.
- Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
- Work closely with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to unpack goals, tackle technical challenges, and endorse protocols for successful integrations.
- Represent and advocate for the partner's technical needs and funnel feedback to the company's internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.
What we need to see
- BS/MS in AI, Data Science or computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI or Physical AI.
- Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, focusing on Generative AI, applied machine learning, or physical AI development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed).
- Arabic and English fluency required.
