Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement processes and solutions for data analysis using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Develop end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and outliers.
- Set up monitoring and tracking processes for business performance metrics.
- Utilize Agile best practices for developing and maintaining enterprise application solutions.
- Manage application interfaces and integrations within the enterprise applications framework.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- 4-6 years of professional experience with tools, systems, and procedures relevant to the role.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure Functions, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations, RPA using UiPath, and Oracle Apex development is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of DAX programming language and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and SQL Server Integration Services is advantageous.
Education/Work Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven professional experience (4+ years) in leading technology organizations and IT transformational initiatives.
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage external teams and service providers.
- Passion for data integration and proactive problem-solving.
