Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
- Architect and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) systems for performance and reliability.

Development & Governance:
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for blockchain projects, from coding to production deployment.
- Implement DevOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and enforce code quality through rigorous reviews.
- Align solutions with internal controls and global payment regulations.

Collaboration & Innovation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, compliance, product) to integrate DLT into enterprise ecosystems.
- Research emerging trends and pilot new technologies.
Ideal Candidate:

Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with permissioned blockchains (Quorum, Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and public blockchains (Ethereum).
- Proficiency in Solidity, Python/Go (Golang), microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm).

Domain Knowledge:
- Proven track record in banking/financial technology (fintech), with projects in RWA tokenization, cross-border payments, or Decentralized Identity (DID).
- Strong understanding of cryptography and consensus algorithms.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Language Requirements:
