In the first year, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in financial planning, including understanding the client journey, report writing, and various types of analysis. You will also engage with the client’s tools and processes while enrolling in CISI and CII Financial qualifications to embark on your journey towards becoming a qualified Financial Planner. The role includes comprehensive training programs from the company’s apprenticeship provider and their Learning and Development team.
