Your role as a Development Manager involves overseeing a team of 1-12 developers working on various capabilities from development to testing and other aspects of product development. You will manage daily operations, lead scrums, and ensure timely deliveries of the product and features.
IBM® SPSS® Statistics is a powerful statistical software platform that offers a user-friendly interface, allowing organizations to quickly extract actionable insights from their data. As a manager, you will develop key technical skills within your team and communicate clearly about any issues that arise during projects.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading software development
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and C++
• Experience managing teams of 15-20 with diverse skills (developers, testers, Data Scientists)
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with security-focused tools and vulnerability management
• Cloud Security Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty)
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CEH)
