About the Role
The assignment aims to strengthen Oman’s child data ecosystem through three interconnected areas of work:

  1. Development of a Comprehensive Child Well-being Indicators Framework, bringing together child-related data across sectors to provide a holistic picture of the status, well-being, and rights of children in Oman. 2. Development of Digital Tool and Knowledge Management Products, including a Child Indicator digital tool (e.g. Power BI) and related data visualization and dissemination products, to facilitate data integration, analysis, reporting, accessibility, and use for policy and programme development.
  3. Operationalization, Knowledge Products and Capacity Building, including the development of an operational manual, thematic analytical products, training materials and practical guidance, as well as hands-on capacity-building activities to support the adoption and sustained use of the framework and digital tool by relevant national stakeholders.
