As a Development Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various design disciplines of The LINE, coordinating all phases of the project from initial design to project completion. This role requires ensuring that all work meets quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of design and construction documents.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage resources and logistics to ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including consultants and internal teams.
- Collaborate with design teams to review and finalize design concepts, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Work alongside the cost management team to develop and maintain project budgets, controlling costs and tracking expenditures.
- Implement quality control procedures and identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the design and construction industry.
- Good knowledge of concept design through to construction documentation.
- Familiarity with digital design tools and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, document management software).
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare tailored presentations and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
- Familiarity with project control functions and tools, including scheduling and risk assessment.
