Work Conditions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to determine features and solutions that deliver value and enhance user experience.
- Own, build, and operate a reliable, scalable, and maintainable platform.
- Improve CI/CD workflows to reduce time-to-market for new features.
- Review code and mentor other engineers.
- Help shape the engineering culture by introducing best practices and methods of knowledge-sharing.
Key Skills:

- Ability to define and communicate technical and design requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in writing clean, high-quality, testable, reusable, and well-documented code.

Requirements:
- DevOps/SRE experience.
- Substantial experience with a popular Cloud Service Provider (GCP, AWS, Azure), database management, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
- Experience in building and operating complex, distributed, and highly available platforms.
- Experience in managing infrastructures and platforms, including security, networks, automation, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with transactional and event-based systems.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rosters, including incident response.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
