Responsibilities
- Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring that security is a core component of the development, deployment, and operational processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated security testing and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and risks.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure consistent and secure infrastructure deployment.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline security processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, security events, and logs to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to ensure the integrity and security of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, incorporating them into the DevSecOps processes.
- Provide guidance and training to development and operations teams on security best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and security-first mindset within the engineering and operations teams.
- Ensure the alignment of DevSecOps goals with the company's strategic objectives, driving the secure and efficient delivery of AI products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby for automation and scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with security tools and practices including vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus, Qualys), SIEM systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk.
- Proficiency in Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
