Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and platform reliability.
  • Ensure digital commerce applications are performant, resilient, and observable.
  • Design proactive monitoring and alerting frameworks, manage cloud environments across AWS and GCP.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to streamline deployments and incident response.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Newrelic, Datadog, CloudWatch).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of applications.
  • Manage server provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with development teams on containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Establish SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for key platform services.
  • Manage and optimise CDN configurations to ensure content delivery.
  • Drive cloud cost optimisation initiatives across AWS and GCP.
  • Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration role.
  • Hands-on experience with the Magento (Adobe Commerce) technology stack.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and/or GCP equivalents.
  • Proven experience supporting digital commerce/e-commerce applications in production.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with end-to-end monitoring and proactive alerting frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
