As part of our international growth and the expansion of our the company Cloud offering—hosted in certified French data centers—we are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Dubai team. This role is central to ensuring automation, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or equivalent tools
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for containerized applications
- Ensure release processes are efficient, consistent, and secure

Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
- Automate provisioning and scaling of Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift is a plus)
- Implement self-healing and monitoring mechanisms

Containerization & Orchestration
- Manage and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments
- Monitor application performance and tune resources accordingly
- Implement best practices for container security and lifecycle management

Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response
- Set up infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
- Define and maintain logging and alerting systems (e.g., Loki, ELK stack)
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis

Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with developers and the system admin team
- Document infrastructure architecture, automation scripts, and workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and toolchains
Required Profile:

Essential Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Linux-based infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Strong expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
- Solid understanding of cloud environments, especially private cloud or hybrid
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Bash)

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of service mesh and ingress controllers (NGINX)
- Familiarity with security tools like SonarQube, etc.
