In your role, key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining a scalable and robust CI/CD framework, tracking issues in the ticket management system, creating and maintaining support documentation for deployments, and working in a diverse multicultural environment while ensuring compliance with related policies.
To succeed in this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and possess 4+ years of experience in DevOps. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Linux/Unix Administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and tools like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform is essential. Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/Dockerswarm, scripting, and a strong grasp of SQL, MySQL, and programming languages like Java or Python will be crucial.
