DevOps Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GIT, preferably within the banking domain. Responsibilities include:

• Managing Version Control, Build Control, and Pipeline management (CI/CD).
• Experience with SonarQube and the creation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within the GitHub DevOps ecosystem for microservices.
• Integrating pipelines with code quality and security tools, such as SonarQube and container scanning.
• Managing artifact repositories, including cleanup policies and retention.
• Implementing Git branching/merging strategies, code review workflows, and release tagging.
• Supporting cloud/on-prem deployments, including ARO/OCP where applicable.
• Setting up application performance monitoring (e.g., Dynatrace) and dashboards for SLO.
• Providing L2/L3 support for build/deployment failures and production incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions.
• Compiling monthly platform health reports that cover capacity, performance, incidents, changes, and vulnerabilities.
• Hardening OCP baseline and maintaining necessary documentation.
• Keeping a CI/CD pipeline catalog with ownership and support runbooks, as well as creating knowledge base articles for common procedures (deployments, rollbacks, scaling, disaster recovery).
• Preparing incident root cause analysis reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Storing configuration and change documentation in version control.
