DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the banking domain, specifically with proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GIT. The ideal candidate will have experience in version control, build control, and pipeline management (CI/CD).

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within the GitHub DevOps ecosystem for microservices.
• Integrating pipelines with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and container scanning.
• Managing artifact repositories (e.g., GitHub Packages, Artifactory), including implementing cleanup policies and retention.
• Implementing Git branching/merging strategies, code review workflows, and release tagging.
• Supporting cloud and on-premises deployments including ARO/OCP where applicable.
• Setting up application performance monitoring (e.g., Dynatrace) and maintaining SLO dashboards.
• Providing L2/L3 support for build/deploy failures and production incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Preparing monthly platform health reports addressing capacity, performance, incidents, changes, and vulnerabilities.
• Documenting hardened OCP baseline configurations (RBAC, network policies, image policies).
• Compiling CI/CD pipeline catalog with ownership and support runbooks.
• Creating knowledge base articles for common procedures (deployments, rollbacks, scaling, disaster recovery).
• Drafting incident RCA reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensuring that configuration and change documentation is stored in version control.
