Virtusa is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation of mobile app deployments. You will also work on container orchestration, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and security practices within our containerized environments. Collaboration across development, QA, and operations teams is essential to streamline delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation. Integrate pipelines with Nexus for artifact storage and versioning.
- Mobile Deployment: Automate Android app builds and deployment to Firebase App Distribution and Google Play Store. Manage signing keys, versioning, and release tracks (internal, beta, production).
- GitOps & Deployment Automation: Implement ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery to Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters. Manage and optimize Helm charts for application deployments.
- Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Infrastructure As Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Helm and Kustomize for environment configuration.
- Monitoring & Security: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD pipelines and clusters while ensuring compliance with security best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- GitLab CI/CD (pipeline design, runners, integrations)
- ArgoCD (GitOps workflows)
