We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, overseeing both development and production environments. In this role, you will work extensively with:
- Linux
- Containers
- Kubernetes
- Helm
- Ceph
- Vault
- Databases (structured and unstructured)
- Network security
- HPC

Required Skills:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator
- Experience configuring and maintaining a Kubernetes cluster
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Open-mindedness and ability to learn quickly
Desired Skills:
- Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Ansible, SaltStack, etc.
- Knowledge of containers and microservice-based architectures
- Experience with structured and unstructured databases like Postgres and MongoDB
- Ability to implement and maintain DevOps Security (DevSecOps) protocols
- Network security and optimization experience
- Experience implementing CI/CD and testing pipelines like GitLab, Jenkins, Tekton, etc.
- Data science/AI knowledge or interest
- Programming skills in languages like Python or Julia
This position requires undergoing a security screening in accordance with Saab's internal processes.
