The company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and extensive experience in cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD delivery. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise with Helm charts, GitLab pipelines, Linux administration, Terraform, and multi-cloud concepts. While experience with Azure is essential, familiarity with AWS or GCP is considered a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to support automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm charts for Kubernetes-based application deployments.
- Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Azure Cloud.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across Azure environments.
- Manage and optimize Linux-based systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of production systems.
- Drive DevOps best practices, including automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Support containerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Contribute to multi-cloud readiness; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong practical experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture.
- Proven expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Linux administration and system-level troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts, DevOps culture, and automation-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS or GCP (not mandatory but advantageous).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud governance.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
