Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and QA to ensure timely resolution of issues and deployment of fixes.
- Maintain scalable and robust CI/CD framework.
- Ensure issues are tracked in the ticket management system.
- Maintain suitable deployment-specific support documentation.
- Collaborate in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, and related policies.
Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
- 4+ years’ experience in DevOps.
- Experience in developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
- Knowledge of one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Configuration Management and Deployment tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, etc.
- Proficient in scripting, Git, and Git workflows.
- Strong experience with SQL and MySQL.
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of Hadoop, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or MapR.
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP.
