Position

The company is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services, helping clients navigate digital transformation for over 30 years. We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient delivery pipelines. You will leverage automation, CI/CD practices, and cloud technologies to maintain stability and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage containerized applications using OpenShift (preferred) or Kubernetes
  • Develop and optimize Dockerfiles for application deployments
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
  • Perform Linux system administration tasks
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and integration issues
  • Collaborate with development teams for smooth delivery and operational stability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tools, and automation processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional DevOps engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift (preferred) or Kubernetes
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining Dockerfiles
  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
  • Good understanding of Linux system administration
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Programming knowledge in Python, with exposure to React (preferred)
  • Fluent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Fluent communication skills in Arabic (B2 level or higher)
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience on large-scale enterprise projects (energy or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of security best practices for DevOps pipelines
