DevOps Engineer (Trading, HFT)

We are seeking an experienced HFT Trading Operations/DevOps Lead to build, optimize, and manage systems for a high-growth HFT firm in Dubai, accounting for 5-10% of global crypto volumes and comprising around 30 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the HFT Operations/Infrastructure strategy.
• Implement systems and best practices focused on availability, performance, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering.
• Lead a high-impact team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HFT operations and team management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Expertise with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, etc.
