Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team successfully delivering projects and ensure coding standards are maintained.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop, test, and deploy CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to optimize build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability and scalability.
- Implement security best practices and compliance controls across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in both development and DevOps.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (version 8 and above), object-oriented design, and data structures.
- Experience with AWS services and hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Python development, particularly for AWS Lambda functions.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural styles and practices including Microservices, Cloud (AWS, Azure), and Continuous Delivery.
- Proven leadership skills and experience delivering architectures for large software solutions.
- Mandatory experience with AWS cloud platform certifications (Associate level Solution Architect, SysOps or Professional Level DevOps/Solution Architect).
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
