DevOps Engineer

About the Job:
Avrioc Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of Linux servers (Ubuntu & Amazon Linux). The role requires strong knowledge of OS baselining for vulnerability assessment and patching using industry best practices and tools. Candidates should demonstrate intermediate to expert skills in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go, and have familiarity with web and proxy servers like Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, and HAProxy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administration of AWS and Azure cloud service providers.
• Hands-on experience with container schedulers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong experience in building and modifying mobile application builds.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching technologies, and monitoring platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), RHCSA/RHCE.

Language Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
